Bistro 2020 opens at Sydney's Terminal 2

On December 22nd, ARE opened Bistro 2020, the first outlet in the new Premium Dining Precinct at Sydney Domestic Terminal 2.

Currently serving only alcohol, the attractive outlet has already made a big impact on the terminal over the Christmas period. When the kitchen and other outlets in the Precinct open in early 2012, Bistro 2020 will begin serving tap beer, and a delicious made-to-order bar menu, including old favourites like Chicken Parmagiana and wagyu burgers, and some tasty new dishes like 2020's signature nachos and risottos.

ARE's Project Manager for the outlet, Jason Bowditch, is happy with the early sales, and looking forward to opening the remaining outlets. "We've got one out of the way, and the next outlet due to open is a Toby's Estate cafe, serving small snacks and of course, coffee. After that we'll be opening Brasserie Bread, with its full kitchen and breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. The full kitchen means Bistro 2020 will also be able to serve up some great bar food for T2 travellers."
