ARE to operate Premium Dining Area at Sydney's Terminal 2
Sydney Airport Corporation today announced that Airport Retail Enterprises will operate Sydney Terminal 2's brand new Premium Dining Area.
The precinct will be run as three separately branded outlets: Bistro Twenty-20 will be a full service bar with tap beers, premium local wines and a hot bar food menu; Brasserie Bread is a delicious Sydney based artisan bakery with a menu spanning great sandwiches, cakes, pastries and lunch items; and Toby's Estate Coffee will be the high quality cafe offering in the area.
Situated adjacent to the food court, the area will offer T2 travellers a higher quality of food and ambience than is currently available in the terminal.
ARE's CEO John Chapman welcomed the news: "The three new outlets we're opening in T2 will bring a whole new level of dining to the low cost terminal. We're excited to be able to deliver that quality, and can't wait for our opening in December."
