2017 Melbourne Airport Customer Service through Innovation Award
We are very pleased to announce that ARE recently won Melbourne Airport’s Customer Service Excellence through Innovation Award. This award recognises a business who through the implementation of a new innovative activity or process has improved the overall customer experience.
The implementation of our school based training program in conjunction with Peter Lalor Vocational College and our Hospitality 3 & 4 Certificate Courses completed by a variety of our key staff – was recognized by the judging panel and awarded the award.
We are so proud of all our staff and the students who underwent the Training Program with ARE. All of the graduates of last year’s program have been hired and we look forward to expanding the program with more schools and more students over the next few years.
