Grilled Chicken soft shell taco, lime yoghurt and sriracha sauce

On behalf of Peter Butts, John Chapman and the entire ARE Team I would like to congratulate Mark Guilas on winning the inaugural Award for Food Excellence.

Mark’s Softshell Grilled Chicken Tacos ticked all the boxes and proved to be the best Dish on the day.

Mark will be travelling to Hong Kong and China for a culinary experience, further developing his food skills. 

Congratulations also to all the other competitors who all demonstrated a very high Standard.
