Luke Mangan

Luke Mangan is one of Australia’s most well known and successful chefs.  Having previously collaborated with him on Chicken Confidential at the Sydney International Airport ARE are very pleased to work with him again and bring Luke’s Bistro & Bar to Sydney’s Domestic Terminal 3.

Luke Mangan opened his first restaurant Salt in Darlinghurst in 1999.  His influence on our food and wine industry is immense, from his award-winning high-end fare at Glass Brasserie at Sydney Hilton, to the Eastern Oriental Express and P&O Cruise ships, alongside his newest offering, Luke’s Table at the Pylon Lookout at Sydney Harbour Bridge. Luke’s Australian restaurants range from fine dining to more casual fare.  They are renowned for his unexpected creations which highlight his French culinary training and Asian influences paired with fresh, clean flavours.   Our new outlet at Terminal 3 in Sydney has a Champagne & Seafood bar where diners can try some lobster or Luke’s famous prawn rolls.
