A MESSAGE FROM OUR CEOARE is a proudly Australian owned, family run business that has been operating on Australian airports since 1971. We now operate over 50 outlets in 11 locations worldwide and employ over 850 staff. Even as we’ve grown over the years, we’ve maintained the family business culture and our success can be attributed to our 4 key values: Innovation, Respect, Growth, and Teamwork.. In particular our value, growth, is highlighted by the many training and skill improvement opportunities we offer our employees both in formal qualifications and our internally run competitions. Staff can compete to be ARE’s Barista of the Year with the first prize a trip to Italy and there is also an Award for Excellence competition where staff from any level of the company can create a dish and win fantastic cash prizes.
