Urban Provodore brings local, delicious dining to Melbourne's Terminal 2

ARE is proud to launch Urban Provodore at Melbourne International Airport. This cosy, deli-style restaurant showcases the finest of Melbourne cuisine, bringing the local to the airport with its regional beers, wines, small goods and cheeses.

Urban Provodore customers bite into burgers made with 100% Victorian grass-fed beef from Great Southern Pinnacle, and wash it down with a huge range of micro-brewed beers from Brunswick’s Thunder Road Brewery and Temple Brewing, Coldstream Brewery and Mornington Peninsula Brewing to name a few. If you’d rather an antipasto plate, enjoy Mount Zero olives, Casalingo prosciutto and local cheeses from the King and Tarago rivers, paired with Mt Duneed or Yarra Valley wines.

We anticipate Urban Provodore will serve discerning customers with an interest in local cuisine, comfortable surroundings and great service. Families are welcome, and alternative dietary needs are covered.
